Expert in gathering, analyzing, and defining business and functional requirements Ability to prepare and effectively present technical subjects to non-technical small or large audiences with direct internal and external customer interface including executive levels. Over 20 years’ program and product owner experience in client-facing SaaS development, associated infrastructure deployment, and service delivery. Enterprise size customers in both commercial and government sectors. Extensive process development experience focused on operational efficiency. Well- versed in both American and European culture, business practices, and negotiation. Fluent in Dutch, German, and English.
